Land training is a vital part of our programme, building a foundation of strength, stability, and flexibility that translates directly to performance in the pool. It is included in your monthly fees.

Squad Moves
Placements are determined by the Head Coach. You will receive a notification slip and an email confirmation from the Membership Secretary if moving squads. Please return slips promptly.
Health & Injuries
Please ensure coaches and instructors are made aware of any existing injuries or conditions before training begins.
